No Maida ,No oil or Butter / Delicious Cake

Ingredients:
Wanut – 150 gm
bread crumbs – 150 gm
caster sugar – 150 gm
egg – 5
vanilla essence or extract – 1 tsp
cocoa powder – 1 tbsp
coffee powder – 1 tbsp
lemon juice – 2 tbsp
salt – pinch
Strawberry jam – 100-150 gm
butter for greasing

for frosting :
double boil
semisweet choco chips – 150 gm
whipping cream – 1 and half cup
( home made whipping cream use fresh thick cream and icing sugar ,beat well, thick consitency)
