chopped onion – 250 gm
chopped chilli – 3
chopped garlic cloves- 6
chopped ginger – small piece
mashed potato – medium size
chopped coriander & mint leaves
egg white or whole egg – 2
corn flour,bread crumbs – each 1/2 cup
salt to taste
oil to fry.
