One of my super hit old recipe.
Ingredients:-
Oil – 3tbsp
onion one large chopped
ginger garlic paste – 2 tsp
garam masala- 1/2 tsp
tomato one large chopped
green chilli -2
chopped mint and coriander leaves little
chilli powder – 1 tsp
coriander powder – 2 tsp
turmeric,cumin,fennel powder – each 1/2 tsp
salt to taste
to grind :
grated coconut – 4 tbsp
cashew nuts – 8 -10.
