rice – 3/4 cup
moong dal or toor dal – 1/4 cup
gingelly oil- 3 tbsp
mustard seeds – 1/2 tsp
curry leaves few
green chilli-1
chopped garlic – 5
medium size chopped onion -1
medium size chopped tomato-1
turmeric powder ,chilli powder – 1/4 tsp each
cumin,pepper crushed – each half tsp
water 1:2 ratio
salt to taste.
