Quesadilla /Mexican Dish / Home style
INGREDIENTS:
tortillas – 8-10
minced meat – 300- 400 gm
oil – 1-2 tbsp
chopped garlic – 6 small cloves
chopped onion – 100gm
chilli powder – 1/2 tsp
cumin powder -1/2 tsp
pepper powder – 1/2 tsp
oregano – 1/2 tsp
canned peeled tomato -2
mushroom – 6 numbers
capsicum – 1
sweet corn – 4 tbsp
cheddar cheese – 1 cup or more
mozraella cheese – 1 cup or more
salt to taste.
