Jalapeño Mooru Milagai
Cut Jalapeño pepper into rings, soak in butter milk, sun dry it. Mooru milagai ready.
Rhubarb, bajji milagai raspberry tomato thokku
Heat oil ,add mustard,add chopped bajji milagai, rhubarb stem( petioles),raspberry,tomatoes, when it cooks well, add turmeric, asafetida and allow it to cook till soft.Thokku ready.
Omavalli Rhubarb Thokku
Omavalli leaves chop and keep, In a pan heat oil,add cumin,coriander,dry chilli,curry leaves, roast well,allow it to cool and powder it.Again in a pan add little oil,put oma valli leaves,tamarind or rhubarb,tomatoes,green chilli saute well,leave it to cool,then grind it and mix with that powder and blend again, add required salt too.Again for tempering heat gingelly oil, mustard,curry leaves,asafetida,then add the thokku mix well, leave till it thickens.
Omavalli rhubarb thokku is ready.
