Veg Nonbu Kanji
Mutton bone nonbu kanji
Ingredients :-
raw rice – 1cup
moong dal – 1/4 cup
mutton – 250 -400 gm
ginger garlic paste – 1 tbsp
garlic cloves – 8
onion – 100 gm
tomato – 100 gm
coriander,mint leaves,curry leaves and pandan leaves.
green chilli – 5
Kanji powder :-
cumin seeds – 1 tsp
fennel -1/2 tsp
fenugreek – 1 tsp
cinnamon – small pieces, cardamom -3 ,cloves -3
coarsely grind and add.
oil – 2 tsp
ghee – 1tsp
chopped onion small 1
curry leaves few
coconut milk from half coconut.
Muttai bajji :-
egg 2 or 3
boil and cut into 4 pieces each.
chilli powder – 1/4 -1/2 tsp
garlic crushed – 1-2 tsp
besan flour – 1/4 cup
maida – 2 tsp
rice flour – 2 tsp
salt – to taste.
