Ingredients :-
Rasam
Rasam powder :-
Pepper -3 tsp
Cumin – 1 and half tsp
Red chilli -4
Fenugreek -1/2 tsp
Turmeric -1/2 tsp
Hing -1/4 tsp

Add one tomato,4 garlic cloves,few coriander & curry leaves with required rasam powder to make paste.
For making rasam need lemon size tamarind
Salt to taste.
Then for tempering 2 tsp oil,1/2 tsp mustard,pinch of hing,few curry leaves. Chopped coriander leaves to garnish.

Dal
Ingredients :-
Toor dal – 100 gm
Turmeric powder -1/4 tsp
Home masala -1 tsp
Garlic -3 cloves
Green chilli -1
Tomato – small 1
Onion -1 (1/2 +1/2)
Coriander,curry leaves – few.
Salt to taste.
For tempering :-
Oil & ghee – 2 tsp
Mustard -1/2 tsp
Dried Red chilli -1
Curry leaves
Half onion chopped.
