Ingredients:-
oil – 2 tbsp
mustard & urad dal – each 1/2 tsp
curry leaves few
green chilli chopped – 1
onion chopped – 1
tomato chopped -1
turmeric powder -1/4 tsp
chilli powder – 1/2 tsp
maasi powder – 2 tbsp
(maasi 25 gm+1 dried red chilli & salt to taste)
egg – 1 or 2
salt – to taste
chopped coriander – few.
