goat liver mix- 300 gm
(to marinate liver add 1/2 tsp turmeric powder and chilli powder)
oil- 2 tbsp
ginger garlic paste – 1 tsp
chopped medium size onion -1
chopped medium sized tomato-1
green chilli-1
cumin powder – 1 tsp
pepper powder-1 or 2 tsp (spice level up to you)
salt -to taste
chopped coriander leaves.
