chicken masala nonbu kanji ,for steps watch video
Ingredients :
raw rice – 1 cup
moong dal – 1/4 cup
masala – 1/2 tbsp
ginger garlic paste -2 tsp
garlic cloves – 8
onion – 1
tomato – 1
coriander,mint leaves,curry leaves and pandan leaves.
green chilli – 3
coconut milk from half coconut.
salt to taste.
Kanji powder :-
cumin seeds – 1 tsp
fennel -1/2 tsp
fenugreek – 1 tsp
cinnamon – small pieces, cardamom -3 ,cloves -3
coarsely grind and add.
chicken masala ingredients:-
oil – 2 tsp
chopped onion 1
gg paste -2 tsp
garam masala-1/2 tsp
chopped tomato -1
veetu masala- 1/2 tbsp
chicken boneless – 300 gm
salt to taste.
