green chilli – 1/4 CUP or 10-15
garlic – 6 cloves
ginger – 1 inch piece
sugar – 2 tsp
salt
dark soya sauce – 1tsp
vinegar – half cup
adjust ingredients according to hotness.
Hot sauce / Red chilli sauce
