Ingredients:-
chicken – 500-750 gm
oil- 4 -5 tbsp
onion – 100-150 gm
tomatoes- 150 gm
ginger garlic paste – 3 tsp
thick curd – 2 tbsp
garam masala – 1/2 tsp
chopped coraiander leaves
salt – to taste
roast and grind :-
coriander seeds – 3 tsp
cumin seeds – 1 and half tsp
pepper – 1tsp
mustard – 1/2 tsp
fenugreek – 1/4 tsp
dried red chilli – 4 or 6 ( it depends)
grated coconut – 3 tbsp.
