Ingredients:-
lamb trotters -2 set (8 numbers)
pressure cook with 1/2 tsp turmeric powder and 1 tsp gg paste.
roast and grind:-
pepper – 2 -3 tsp
cumin – 2-3 tsp
fennel-1 tsp
coriander powder – 2 -3 tsp
grated coconut – 4 tbsp
cashews – 4
to make paya we need :-
oil – 2 tbsp
caradamom -2,cloves-2,cinnamon -2 small piece
chopped onion – 100 gm
green chilli-2
curry leaves – few
gg paste – 2 tsp
chopped tomato-100 gm
chilli – powder – 1/2 tsp
turmeric powder – 1/4 tsp
chopped coriander,mint leaves for garnishing.
