Ingredients :-
Chicken bones -1 kg
Turmeric powder -1/2 tsp
Handful of shallots
Salt to taste.
To paste:-
Onion -2
Tomato -2
15-20 garlic cloves
Handful of coriander leaves
To mix powder:-
Coriander seeds -1 tbsp
Pepper -1 tbsp
Cumin seeds -1 tbsp
Fennel seed -1 tsp
For the shredded chicken:-
Gingelly oil -2 tbsp
Chopped onion -2
Curry leaves few
Pepper powder – 1 tbsp
Chopped coriander leaves
salt to taste.
