moong dal – 1/2 cup
chilli powder -1/4 – 1/2 tsp,turmeric powder -1/4 tsp
dry mango powder-1/2 tsp
oil 2 tsp,ghee-2tsp
cumin seeds-1-2 tsp
hing – 2 pinch
green chilli chopped-1
garlic cloves chopped -4
ginger chopped – 1 tsp
onion chopped-1
tomato chopped -1
kasoori methi – 1-2 tbsp
salt – to taste.
