chicken – 1kg
oil – 3-4 tbsp
dried red chillies – 3-4
light soya sauce -2 tsp
green chilli sauce – 1 tsp
corn flour – 2 tsp in half – 1 cup water.
salt – to taste.
to paste:-
green chillies – 10
coriander leaves – a hand ful ( optional)
salt – to taste.
