ஐம்பது பேருக்கு கோழி புலாவ் / மொத்த சமையல்/ Ifthar Special /Chicken Pulav

Ingredients:-
seeraga samba allathu vaasanai samba pulungal arisi – 5-6 kg
chicken -5-6 kg
oil – 1 litre
ghee – 250 ml +250 ml
onion chopped -1.5 kg
tomato chopped – 1.5 kg
green chili -50 gm
ginger 500 gm +garlic 500 gm -paste it
curd – 500 ml
cardamom,clove,cinnamon mix – 30 gm(2 tbsp)
chilli powder -30- 50 gm(or up to spice level)
lemon yellow colour – 1 tsp (optional)
salt – to taste.
coriander, mint leaves – each one bunch.
