Veg Tumbler Idli & Veg Oothappam
Ingredients :
idli maavu – 2 cups
veg – carrot, beans, cabbage – each 1/4 cup
green chilli chopped-2,chopped coriander
oil or ghee – 1-2 tbsp (ghee is best)
1/4 tsp mustard,1/4 tsp urad dal,1/4 ts cumin seeds , 1 tsp channa dal, few cashews, crushed pepper -1/2 tsp
salt to taste.

Meatballs curry/ kofta curry
Ingredients:-
frozen meatballs -12
oil – 2 tbsp
1/2 tsp fennel seeds, 2 cardamom,2 cloves,2 cinnamon piece.
to paste:
1 tbsp – gg paste
chilli powder -1 tsp,coriander powder -1 -2 tsp, cumin powder – 1/2 tsp
garam masala – 1/2 tsp,turmeric powder – 1/4 tsp
one medium size tomato, 2 tbsp coconut, 2 -4 cashews
to garnish chopped mint and coriander leaves,
Moringa leaves poriyal / kootu
Ingredients :-
Moringa leaves – 3 cups
1/4 cup moong dal +1/4 tsp turmeric powder
oil – 2 tbsp
1/2 tsp cumin seeds, 1 tsp urad dal, 2 dry chillies
chopped garlic – 4 cloves
chopped onion -1
grated coconut – 4 tbsp
salt to taste.
Thai spicy veg noodles
Ingredients:-
noodles – 2 pack
thai style curry paste – 1 tbsp
coconut milk thick – 1/2 cup
veggies, carrot, cabbage, mushroom and capsicum
egg 1 or 2
salt and pepper to taste.
chopped spring onions and coriander leaves.
