VENGAYA SAMBAR :
iNGREDIENTS :-
toor dal – 1/4 cup
turmeric powder – 1/4 tsp
shallots – 100 gm
tomato-1
green chilli -1
tamarind – very small lemon size
sambar powder – 2-3 tsp
salt – to taste.
for tempering :-
oil – 1 tbsp
mustard,urad dal,cumin,fenugreek – each 1/4 tsp
red chilli – 2
curry leaves few
hing – 2 pinch
coriander leaves little.

RASAM :-
TOMATO -100 GM
turmeric powder – 1/4 tsp
tamarind – gooseberry size
TO CRUSH:-
PEPPER – 1 TSP
CUMIN – 1/2 TSP
GARLIC – 3 CLOVES
GREEN CHILLI -1
FOR TEMPERING:-
OIL – 2TSP
MUSTARD & FENUGREEK – EACH 1/4 TSP
RED CHILLI -1
CURRY LEAVES FEW
HING – 2 PINCH

Moon dal sago kheer :-
moong dal – 1/4 cup cooked
sago – 2 tbsp
jaggery – 100 gm
cardamom – 2
coconut grated – 2 tbsp
ghee- 2tsp
cashew- 6
raisins – 1tsp

Instant Vathal kulambu:-
dried turkey berry – 2tbsp
oil – 3 tbsp
curry leaves – few
tamarind – gooseberry size
sambar powder – 1 tbsp
idli milagai podi – 1tsp
pinch hing
salt – to taste.

Chilli ginger flavored butter milk :-
CURD – 1/2 CUP
GREEN CHILLI -1
GINGER – 1/2 TSP CHOPPED
SALT TO TASTE
WATER REQUIRED

Carrot Cabbage poriyal:
carrot – 100 gm
cabbage -100 gm
oil – 1 tbsp
mustard,urad dal – 1tsp
red chilli -1
onion chopped -1
curry leaves few
sa;t to taste
to grind:-
grated coconut – 2 tbsp
1 green chilli
1/4 tsp cumin seeds.

Pumpkin kootu
pumpkin – 150 gm
cooked moong dal – 1/4 cup
turmeric powder – 1/4 tsp
salt to taste
curry leaves,
coconut oil – 1tsp
to grind:-
grated coconut – 2 tbsp
green chilli 01
cumin seeds – 1/4 tsp

Ladies Finger Pachadi :-
ladies finger – 200 gm
oil – 2tbsp
mustard ,urad dal – 1 tsp
chopped onion -1
chopped tomato -1
chopped green chilli -1
broken red chilli -1
turmeric powder – 1/4 tsp
tamarind – small lemon size
salt – to taste.
to grind:-
2-3 tbsp grated coconut
green chilli -1
1/2 tsp cumin seeds
garlic clove -1 optional.

Cauliflower pakoda :-
cauliflower- 1/4 kg
turmeric powder – 1/4 tsp
red chilli powder – 1 tsp
ginger garlic paste – 1 tsp
salt to taste.
bajji ponda mix 1/2 cup
oil – to fry
papad – 4 to fry.
