Bhindi (Okra) -250 gm
Fried onion- 1 cup
Cashew nuts ( kaju) paste – 1 cup
Tomato purée – 1 cup
Turmeric ( Haldi ) powder – 1 tablespoon
Kashmiri red chilli powder – 1 tablespoon
Cumin ( Dhania ) powder- 1 tablespoon
Ginger garlic paste -1 tablespoon
Mustered ( Sarso ) seeds -1 tablespoon
Cumin ( jeera ) seeds – 1 tablespoon
Dried red chilli -3-4
Milk ( dudh ) – half cup
Cashew nuts ( kaju) – handful
Garam Masala powder- 1 tablespoon
Asafoetida ( Hing) – 1 teaspoon
Ghee – 1 teaspoon
Oil – 2 tablespoon
Salt n sugar according to taste
