boiled mashed potatoes – 1 cup
yogurt ( dahi ) – 4 tablespoons
sev – 2 tablespoons
tomato- 1 small size finely chopped
onion- 1 small size finely chopped
Green chatni – 2 tablespoons
imli ( tamarind ) chatni – 2 tablespoons
tomato sauce – 2 tablespoons
chat masala -1 tablespoon
chopped coriander leaves ( dhania patta)- handful
fried channa Dal- 2 tablespoons
