Baby boiled potatoes – 200 gms
tomato – 6 medium size
Garlic cloves – 10-12
Ginger – 2 small pieces
cardamom ( elaichi ) – 4-5
Kasoori methi ( dried ) – handful
butter – 2 teaspoons
Turmeric powder ( haldi ) -1 tablespoon
Garam masala powder – 1 tablespoon
Kashmiri red chilli powder – 1 tablespoon
cumin powder ( jeera powder ) -1 tablespoon
oil – 2 tablespoons
salt n sugar according to taste
