Ingredients

Bengan ( Brinjal) – 300 gm
onion paste – 1 cup
Milk ( dudh ) – half cup
Ginger garlic paste – 1 tablespoon
Kaju ( cashew nut ) paste – 1 cup
Turmeric ( haldi ) powder – 1 tablespoon
Kashmiri red chilli powder – 1 tablespoon
Garam Masala powder – 1 tablespoon
kitchen king masala – 1 teaspoon
Tomato puree – 1 cup
Fresh cream – 1 tablespoon
cumin ( jeera ) seeds – 1 tablespoon
Dried red chilli – 3-4
Green chilli – 2-3
Dried kasoori methi – handful
Curry patta ( curry leaves ) – handful
Ghee – 1 teaspoon
oil – 2 tablespoon
salt n sugar according to taste
