Ingredients

Gobi ( cauliflower ) – 400 gm
kaju ( cashew nuts ) – 1 cup
tomato puree – 1 cup
cumin ( jeera ) seeds – 1 tablespoon
cardamom – 2 sticks
cinnamon – 4-5
Haldi powder ( turmeric ) – 1 tablespoon
Garam masala powder – 1 tablespoon
Kashmiri red chilli powder – 1 tablespoon
kitchen king Masala – 1 tablespoon
milk – 1 cup
fried onion – 1 cup
Ginger garlic paste – 1 tablespoon
Yogurt ( Dahi ) – 2 tablespoons
Kasoori methi – handful
coriander ( dhania ) leaves – handful
Ghee- 1 teaspoon
oil- 2 tablespoon
salt n sugar according to taste
