Paneer – 200 gms
Curd ( Dahi ) – 4 tablespoons
cumin seeds ( jeera )- 1 tablespoon
Turmeric Powder – 1 tablespoon
Garam Masala Powder – 1 tablespoon
Kashmiri Chilli Powder – 1 tablespoon
Kasoori methi – handful
Dried red chilli – 2
Ginger Garlic Paste – 1 tablespoon
cashew nuts – 100 gms
Asafetida ( hing ) – 1 teaspoon
Ghee – 1 teaspoon
Oil – 2 tablespoon
salt n sugar according to taste
