Karela ( Bitter Melon ) – 200 gms
Grated Paneer ( cottage cheese ) – 1 cup
Dried red chillies – 4
Mustered seeds ( sarso ) – 1 tablespoon
Cumin ( jeera ) seeds – 1 tablespoon
chopped green chilli – 1 teaspoon
Turmeric powder ( haldi ) – 1 tablespoon
Kashmiri red chilli powder – 1 tablespoon
Garam masala powder – 1 tablespoon
chaat masala – 1 teaspoon
Yogurt ( dahi ) – 4 tablespoons
Ginger Garlic paste – 1 tablespoon
Kasoori methi ( dried ) – handful
kitchen king masala – 1 teaspoon
Ghee – 1 teaspoon
Asafetida ( Hing ) – 1 teaspoon
Oil – 2 tablespoon
salt n sugar according to taste
