Chicken – 1 kg 500 gms
chopped Onion – 4 medium size
star anise -1
cinnamon sticks -3
cardamom -5-6
Garam Masala powder – 1 tablespoon
Ginger Garlic paste – 3 tablespoons
Kasoori methi – handful
cumin seeds ( jeera ) – 1 tablespoon
Curd (dahi ) – 4 tablespoons
Kashmiri Mirch powder – 1tablespoon
dried red chilli -3
Ghee -1 teaspoon
oil- 2 tablespoons
salt n sugar according to taste
