Ingredients

Bhindi or Okra – 200 gms
Onion- 4 medium size (roughly chopped )
ginger – 1 small piece
Garlic – 10-11 pieces
cardamom – 6-7
dried red chilli – 3
cumin seeds ( jeera )- 1 tablespoon
turmeric powder – 1 tablespoon
Kashmiri red chilli powder – 1 tablespoon
Garam Masala -1 tablespoon
curd ( Dahi ) – 2 tablespoons
Ghee – 1 teaspoon
Oil -2 tablespoons
Kasoori Methi ( dried) – handful
salt n sugar according to taste
