Ingredients
chicken – 1 kg
Methi patta ( fenugreek leaves ) – half bunch
Tomato puree – 1 cup
chopped onion – 3 medium size
Haldi ( turmeric ) powder – 1 tablespoon
Kashmiri red chilli powder – 1 tablespoon
Garam masala powder – 1 tablespoon
Jeera ( cumin ) powder – 1 tablespoon
Ginger garlic paste – 1 tablespoon
Fresh cream – 2 tablespoons
Yogurt ( dahi ) – 1 tablespoon
Dried kasuri methi – handful
cinnamon sticks ( dalchini ) – 2
cardamom ( Elaichi ) – 3-4
Milk ( Dudh )- 1 cup
Ghee – 1 tablespoon
oil – 2 tablespoon
salt n sugar according to taste
