chicken – 1 kg
onion – 3 medium size
Ginger garlic paste – one tablespoon
Green chilli – 4
chopped coriander leaves ( dhania patta ) – one bunch
Mint leaves ( pudina patta ) – one bunch
cardamom ( elaichi ) 3-4
cinnamon ( dalchini ) – 2 sticks
Kashmiri red chilli powder – 1 teaspoon
Garam masala powder – 1 teaspoon
cumin ( jeera ) powder – 1 teaspoon
Garlic – 10- 12 cloves
Yogurt ( dahi ) – 1 tablespoon
Ghee – 1 teaspoon
oil – 2 tablespoons
salt n sugar according to taste
