chicken – 1 kg
Tomato puree – 1 cup
Fried onion – 1 cup
cashew nuts ( kaju ) – 10-11
Kashmiri red chilli powder – 1 tablespoon
Ginger garlic paste – 2 tablespoon
Jeera ( cumin ) powder – 1 tablespoon
Garam masala powder – 1 tablespoon
chaat masala – 1 teaspoon
Milk – 1 cup
Green chillies – 2-4
Yogurt ( dahi )- 2 tablespoons
kasoori methi ( dried ) -handful
chopped coriander leaves ( dhania patta ) – handful
Fresh cream – 1 tablespoon
Ghee – 1 teaspoon
oil- 2 tablespoons
salt n sugar according to taste
