Ingredients
Soaked Chhole ( chickpeas ) – 200 gm
Paneer ( cottage cheese ) 100 gm
chopped onions – 2 medium size
chopped tomato -2 medium size
Jeera ( cumin ) seeds – 1 tablespoon
Dried red chilli – 3
Haldi ( turmeric ) powder- 1 tablespoon
Kashmiri red chilli powder – 1 tablespoon
Garam masala powder – 1 tablespoon
Jeera ( cumin ) powder – 1 teaspoon
Ginger garlic paste – 1 tablespoon
chopped dhania patta ( coriander leaves )- handful
Ghee -1 teaspoon
Oil – 2 tablespoon
salt n sugar according to taste
