Bhindi ( okra ) – 300 gm
chopped onion – 2 medium size
chopped tomato – 2 medium size
Tomato puree – 1 cup
chopped onion big size – 1
Haldi ( Turmeric ) powder – 1 tablespoon
Kashmiri red chilli powder – 1 tablespoon
Garam masala powder – 1 tablespoon
Jeera ( cumin ) powder – 1 teaspoon
Fresh cream – 1 tablespoon
Jeera ( cumin ) seeds – 1 tablespoon
Dried red chilli – 3-4
Ginger garlic paste – 1 tablespoon
chopped dhania patta ( coriander leaves ) – handful
Hing ( Asafetida ) – 1 teaspoon
Ghee – 1 teaspoon
Oil – 2 tablespoons
salt n sugar according to taste
