Ingredients
Boiled eggs-5
Cauliflower ( Gobi) -100 gms
Onion paste-1 cup
Cumin ( jeera) seeds- 1 tablespoon
Cardamom ( elaichi) – 3-4
Red dry chilli- 2-3
Turmeric ( Haldi) powder- 1 tablespoon
Kashmiri red chilli powder-1 tablespoon cumin ( jeera) powder-1 tablespoon
Coriander (Dhania) powder-1 tablespoon
Tomato purée-1 cup
Fresh cream- 2 tablespoon
Garam Masala powder-1 tablespoon
Chopped coriander leaves ( Dhania patta) – handful
Ginger garlic paste- 1 tablespoon
Ghee- 1 teaspoon
Oil- 2 tablespoon
Salt and sugar according to taste
