Tondekai masala – ತೊಂಡೆಕಾಯಿ ಮಸಾಲಾ –
Description :
Thondekai Masala curry goes well with hot rice, chapathi or roti.
This is a very tasty curry prepared using ivy gourd, tomato, onion, peanut, red chili, coriander seeds, sesame seeds and few other spices.
Ingredients needed are:
1 tsp coriander seeds
2 tsp sesame seeeds
1 Cinnamon
3 cloves
1 cardamom
1 tbsp grated coconut
3 tbsp roasted penut
1 tsp mustard seeds
1/2 tsp jeera
3 green chilies
Few curry leaves
2 choppped onions
250 grms ivy gourd/tondekai
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp red chili
2 chopped tomato
Water 1 to 1 1/2 cup
Salt
