Soppu Huli/ಸೊಪ್ಪಿನ ಹುಳಿ/Aarve soppina Huli

Description :

Soppu Huli is a nutritious prepartaion of lentils along with leaves
which are called Aarave Soppu in Karnataka. It’s well goes with
Hot Rice and Ragi Mudde.

Ingridents needed are:

Toor dal – 1 small cup
Aarave soppu – 2/ 3 cups
Onion – 1
Urad dal – 1 tsp
Channa dal – 1/2 tsp
Jeera – 1/2 tsp
Menthya – 1/4 tsp
Dhaniya – 2 tsp
Byadgi Chilies – 4 nos
Guntur chillies – 4 nos
Grated coconut – 1/4 cup
Tamrind juice
salt
Few curry leaves
Few Garlic pods
Ghee
water
