Ragi roti is a breakfast food of the state of Karnataka.It is prepared in the same way as Akki rotti. Ragi Rotti is served hot and is eaten along with chutney.
Ingredients needed are
Finger Millet Flour – 1 and 1/2 cup
Onion – 1 finely chopped
Few Coriander leaves
Few Mint leaves
Few Curry leaves
Few Methi leaves
Fresh Grated Coconut – 2 to 3 tbsp
Green Chillies – 2 to 3 chopped
Jeera – 1tsp
Salt
Water
Oil
