Description :
Egg masala is an Indian curry made using hard-boiled eggs simmered in an onion-tomato gravy which is spiced using a few spices. This simple and quick-to-make curry is very flavorful and comes together in under 7 minutes.
Neer dosa, literally meaning water dosa in Tulu, is a crêpe prepared from rice batter. Neer dosa is a delicacy from Tulu Nadu region, and part of Udupi.
Ingredeints needed are :
Egg masala
2 bayleaf
Cinnamon
4 clove
1 tsp jeera
7 peppercorns
2 cardamom
1 inch ginger
4-5 garlic
4 slit chili
2 medium size chopped onion
2 tomato
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp red chili powder
1/2 tsp peeper powder
1 tbsp coriander powder
1/4 cup curd
1/4 tsp sugar
1 cup water
5 boiled egg
Coriander leaves
Neer dosa
1 cup soaked rice
4 tbsp grated coconut
3 cardamom
