Mutton keema curry is a traditional Karnataka style recipe, Goes well with ragi mudde,white rice , chapathi, poori etc….For the binding i am not using egg….

ingredients needed for preparing mutton keema curry

Mutton keema -1/2kg
Onion -2 nos
Tomato – 1 nos
Green chilles – 4 nos
Red chilles – 4 nos
Ginger- 2 inches
Garlic – 15 to 20 pods
Cinnamon – 2 inches
Cloves – 4 nos
Saunf-1/4 tsp
Dhaniya powder – 2 tsp
Turmeric powder -1/4 tsp
Grated coconut – 1/2 cup
Oil
Salt as per taste

FOR PREPARING MASALA FOR KEEMA BALL
Onion – 1 no
cinnamon – 1 inche
Cloves – 2/3 nos
green chillies – 4 nos
fried gram – 2 tbsp
ginger – 1 inche
coriander leaves
salt as per taste
