Poori is a deep fried Indian bread, usually eaten for breakfast or an evening snack. There are numerous variations of Pooris to be made at home like methi puri, spinach puri or plain poori.
Ingridents needed are:
wheat Flour – 2 cups
Methi Leaves – 2 cups
Sooji/Rava – 2 tsp
Green chilli – 4/5 nos
Garlic – 4/5 pods
Ginger – 1 inch
Jeera – 1tsp
Coriander leaves – 2/3 tbsp
Hing – 1/4 tsp
Turmeric – 1/2 tsp
