The methi malai matar gravy has a mildly-sweet taste, which is complemented well by the addictive taste of fenugreek leaves. The freshly-ground spice mix gives the methi mutter malai a strong flavour and lingering aroma, while the use of cashews gives it a lusciously creamy mouth-feel.

Ingredients needed are:

2 cup peas
7-8 cashews
2-3 chilies
1 chopped onion
Medium size 2 tomato
1/2 Tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tsp dry mango powder
1/2 tsp jeera powder
1/4 tsp red chilli powder
1 1/2 cup methi leaves
1 tsp sugar
Black cardamom
1 tsp jeera
Methi leaves
1 cup milk
1 tsp kasuri methi
1/2 tsp garam masala powder
Fresh cream
Water
Ghee
Salt
Oil
