A famous recipe of southern karnataka, this sambar is made of combination many green leaves like Amaranth/Danttu, Menthya soppu/palak/ Basale soppu/Mountain Spinach,Dill/Sabasige soppu. This is an incredible combination with Ragi mudde. Goes well with rice and chapatti as well..
