INGREDIENTS FOR MAKING THE DOSA BATTER
RICE/DOSA RICE – 1 -1/2 cup
IDLY RICE/SALEM RICE – 1/2 cup
URAD DAL – 1/2 cup
CHANNA DAL – 2 tbsp
POHA/AVALAKKI – 3 to 4 tbsp
FENUGREEK SEED/METHI – 1/2 tsp

INGREDIENTS FOR RED CHUTNEY/KEMPU CHUTNEY
BYADGE CHILLI – 8 to 10 (soaked in warm water for 15 – 30 mins)
ROASTED GRAM/HURIGADLE – 1 tbsp
GARLIC PODS – 8 to 10
FEW CORRIANDER LEAVES
SALT TO TASTE
