for 1st marinade

Boneless chicken – 500 gms
Ginger paste – 1 tbsp
Garlic paste – 1 tbsp
pepper powder – 2 tsp
Lime Juice – 1 tbsp
Salt

For 2nd Marinade

Cornflour – 2 tbsp
Maida – 4 tsp
Green Paste (blend 4 chillies and 2 tbsp coriander leaves without adding water)
Mozzarella Cheese
Kasuri Methi – 2 tsp

Oil for shallow fry
