Chicken 65/ ಚಿಕನ್ 65 / Anu's paakashale

Chicken 65 is prepared using chicken marinated in spices . It is also perfect for occasions like kitty parties, birthdays and anniversaries. In this chicken 65 recipe, bite-sized chicken pieces are marinated and deep-fried.

Ingridents needed are :

1/2 kilo chicken
1/4 cup curd
1 tsp red chili powder
1/2 tsp red chili powder
1 tsp Dhaniya powder
1/2 tsp jeera powder
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
few chopped curry leaves
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp salt
3 tbsp cornflour
2 riceflour
1tbsp chopped garlic
1 tbsp chopped ginger
4 chopped chili
