Bottleguard halwa/Lauki ka halwa/Dudhi ka halwa/Soorekaye halwa in Kannada

Lauki halwa or dudhi is a sweet Indian dessert made of bottle gourd and taste super delicious. Doodhi ka halwa is an extremely easy recipe however quite scrumptious and lip-smacking.

Ingridents needed are:

Bottleguard/Lauki – 500 gms
Milk – 1/2 cup
Sugar- 1/4 cup
Khova – 50 gm
Few Cashews and Raisins
Ghee
Cardamom powder
