Akki Tari Kadabu is soft and served with Kayi chutney. Here i have also shown the recipe of Kayi Chutney.
Ingredients Needed are
For Kadabu
Akki thari – 1 cup
Jeera – 1 tsp
Dil Leaves – 2 tbsp
Coriander Leaves – 2 tbsp
Green Chillies – 2
Grated Coconut – 2 to 3 tbsp
Water – 2 cups
Oil for Greasing
Salt
For Chutney
Grated Coconut – 1 small cup
Fried Gram – 2 to 3 tbsp
Green chillies – 4
Few coriander and Mint leaves
Few Garlic Pods and Ginger Pieces
Small Piece of Tamrind
Salt
Water
