his is similar to the stuffed brinjal gravy but made in a slightly different way. ..Any recipe made with eggplant taste good and if a touch of masala on it is an enhancement to it. Stuffed brinjal can be served with rice or roti.

Ingredients Needed are

Brinjal – 3/4 kg

For stuffing

Sesame seeds – 1 and 1/2 tbsp
Huchellu – 1 tbsp
Groundnut – 2 tbsp
Dry coconut – 2 tbsp
Onion- 1
Garlic – 10 pods
Few Curry Leaves
Red Chilli Powder – 1 and 1/2 tbsp
Garam Masala – 1/2 tbsp
Dhaniya Powder – 1 tbsp
Jaggery – 1 tsp
Few coriander Leaves
Onion – 1
Salt

For tempering

Few Mustard seeds
Jeera – 1 tsp
Hing
Few Curry leaves
Water
Oil
