Kayi holige is a traditional recipe of Karnataka that is prepared mainly during the festive season.Obbattu can be prepared using varieties This one is using freshly grated coconut and jaggery.

Ingredients needed are :

Grated Coconut – 3 cup {Grinded}
Jaggery – 2 1/4 cup
Poppy seed – 2 tbsp
Cardamom – 2 tsp
Water
Oil
Ghee
